Last updated: March 2026. All orders are dispatched Monday–Friday with a cut-off time of 2pm EST. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance for international orders. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Returns Policy
30-day return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return any item in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Sale items
Items purchased in a sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no cash refunds.
How to return
Email aiefashionllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at aiefashionllc@gmail.com. We will arrange collection at no cost and offer a full refund or replacement — your choice.
